Doctor can't see baby only sack! Anyone else experienced this and all been ok? I have a scan again on 21st to see

I reckon you will be fine I can see the smallest dot which o reckon will end up being your baby. My only thought is that looks like twin sacs to me

Did they do the ultrasound trans vaginal? I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and at first she tried it abdominal and all that showed was the sac, she did it vaginally and there the baby was with a heartbeat

Yes Hun I had an ultrasound at 5w2d by lmp only sac was seen went back 2 weeks later our little jelly bean was there with a very healthy heartbeat 1st pic 5w 2nd 7weeks how far on are you ? X

Same thing happened to me, I go back the 18th for my 2nd scan . They said they could see the tiniest flash of a heartbeat but couldn't see baby. I thought I was7 weeks and 2 days at the time and they measured me at 6 weeks and 3 days. Which makes more since for when I would have concieved. I'll be due March 27th.

The doctor said I was mesuring about 6 weeks I'm back in 10 days to see also the lady did say she thinks could develop into 2 sacs also so who knows! Thank u for your help!

My scan was exactly 6 weeks and there was no baby to see either I'm back on Monday when I will be 7+4 hopefully something to see this time I'm so nervous!
