when you have a bad dream why do you wake up from a panic attack ?!
and whenever i hear screaming in my dreams i feeel like i was screaming in my sleep 😮😳😟 but when I wake up from that bad dream my man is not awake so i know i didnt scream.... its so damn weird though what dreams could do to you during sleep and how you react from them when its just a dream😐😞
