Treating My 2 Year Olds Fever

Earlier this morning I took my daughters temperature and it was 101.1 Degrees. I gave her meds and it went down, I took it again about an hour ago and it was 102.6. She refuses to eat or drink anything. She has a cough, a runny nose, a sneeze, some diarrhea and complains about her neck(throat) and back hurting. I'm kind of lost at what I should do, any suggestions? She's also taken about 4 naps today.
