Period help

K
SO I'm curious and have been sitting in this thought for awhile. I'm a female figure competitor(I don't use steroids). I've noticed as I start working out more my periods have become extremely wacky, example being my 32-42 day cycles. I do take supplements to help my body utilize nutrients better and repair my muscles to help them grow (ZMA, BCAA). I was curious, does my body produce free testosterone because I'm constantly working out ? Zinc does aid the body in small amounts of testosterone. Someone help? I want to know if it's going to throw my cycles off completely or what so ever. :) thanks !
