What did you get your husband?

What did you get your husband for Christmas last year? I always feel I have to get mine something expensive in order for him to be happy. I don't like feeling awful for each birthday, Father's Day and Christmas of i don't get him something big😔....especially since we have two little ones to buy for from now on...

A remote control helicopter. He didn't have a great childhood so he loves toys and such. It makes his eyes light up like a kid.

We don't really give each other gifts. We've got all we need, no point in spending the money! If anything I'd probably make him something.

My husbands birthday is the 19th so we usually do something big and it's part of his Christmas too. Like we usually go to SAN Antonio and spend the day there and go to a Spurs game.  Then on Christmas we spend everything on our kiddo this year kiddos!

I got him a GoPro last year. He'd been wanting one for a while. I was working then, but now I'm a stay at home mom so I feel like buying him expensive gifts is going to be awkward because, even though it's OUR money, I feel like he's buying himself the gifts.  I'm thinking this year we might put a $50 limit on each other's gifts and save the rest for the kids.

I got mine a straight razor last Christmas, running shoes the year before, and a chainsaw one year. Usually we go home for Christmas so that's our gift. we get each other an ornament every year and somethings little. Since having our first kid we don't do large gifts any more unless we need something. We usually but plan a trip or vacation together instead.

We went to NYC for Christmas so no presents last year but this year I'm getting him the new Nintendo console that's coming out the nes or something like that! Then 3 weeks later a son or daughter!!

I think it's fun to get a Groupon for him to go DO something since he basically has all he wants & doesn't really do much anymore. I got him a gift to iFly. Have you heard of it? It's like skydiving, but it is indoors in a controlled "tube".  Think of his interests, & check out deals on Groupon.

We only buy each other things we NEED. Last year I bought him a winter coat. He hunts too, so he needs something warm. If I ever get him something he wants, it's usually just about $20 or so.

We have 3 small children and one on the way.  We do not buy each other anything however sometimes if we do NEED something then we will purchase it and claim it as our anniversary gift, a birthday gift, our Christmas gift, etc.
