Postpartum care of your tush
If you're a fan of Pinterest, look up "padcicles"! These are amazing on a freshly postpartum bottom with or without episiotomies, hemorrhoids, or tears.
This will be my 4th delivery and I just made my padcicles for delivery. Even after you're healed, if you get hemorrhoids often you can cut the pad with scissors and use part of the pad to help heal your bum.
