Son "hitting" me while feeding?

Recently my son if 2 months has started hitting me and my boob, fussing and wiggling while breastfeeding. It's not every time he eats, but getting more and more frequent. Doesn't seem like he's in pain, just restless. Anyone have experience with this? Is it normal or does it mean there's a problem?

A teething necklace or taggie blanket might help, my son has to have something to play with or he's pinching me. ☺️

It's normal. Muscle through. My son is 5 months and starting hitting regularly. He's impatient and interested in the rest of the world instead of focusing on food. They go through odd cycles. I wouldn't stress about it, just keep nursing through it.
