Advice please ladies

I was due for af on Monday but she never showed up, my back has been killing me since late Sunday night, and random cramps in my ovaries that comes and goes, mostly on my left, and since Saturday/Sunday I had clear water like cm and yesterday it was white sticky cm... Not a lot, just a little, and just before when I wiped I'm now lightly spotting and that's light pink. I took a test last week and it was bfn. Also I haven't really had an appetite and my nipples were sensitive on Monday night. Please help! Should I just ride this out and see what happens incase this spotting turns into af? Thanks :-)
