Taking a new direction; new doc; baby dust
So yesterday the fertility doctor goes over my results and says "I think you have a Dermoid cyst now" and you right ovary should be taken out. He then begins to explain to me what a laprascopy procedure is that he is planning to perform. So I politely stopped him and reminded him that I work in the operating room. Anyways u decided to go and get a copy of my records today. Let's just I am floored. Let me start with the fact that he wrote I don't know when I ovulate because I haven't done opk tests, after I specifically told him that I did. Then I read further, my HSG that showed completely normal he makes a note that there was a corresponding mass that was evident in HSG. What, then the dermod cyst that he claims are cysts, inconclusive and could be Dermoid or not. Then this was the kicker for me, the cyst measured 3cm and the other was 1cm. Doctors are suppose to have your best interest and as a healthcare professional I'm so happy I will hopefully get to speak to someone else Monday. That man will not be taking care of me anymore; there was a reason why his schedule was wide opened. Well thank for letting me vent. BTW: the reason I went to him was to make sure I was good to go to conceive and all those particular test came back clear.
