Do I have the reason to cry?

Question

So my fiancé's mother doesn't like me, so today I called him he was in the car with her.
He always answers me with hello baby girl, or hi my beautiful princess. Today I called he was like yes hello? I was like hey babe, he was like yes what? I'm in the car going to drop my mother to the hospital.
And I was like oh okay I love you bye, he didn't say I love you more back, he always says I love you so much before hanging up. But today he didn't because his mother is around. 
And now I'm so sad and I'm planning to ignore him, do you think I have the right to be sad and hurt about it? Please don't be mean 😞
And yes it was his mother lol in case you ladies might think he's with a girl, his mother has cancer so he's taking her to the hospital.

You do have every right to be upset and sad, but I don't think ignoring him is the solution. He's your fiancé, your soon to be husband...if you can't communicate your feelings to your soon to be husband, you should be reconsidering some things. You need to open up to your fiancé, and tell him that when he's around his mother he treats you differently and you don't appreciate it. Just because she's doesn't like you doesn't mean that he should be hiding the way he feels about you to make her feel more comfortable when he's around her. He should treat you the same no matter who he's around and no matter how they feel about you, you're his soon to be wife, not a girl that he's been dating for a couple months.

I wouldn't ignore him but I would deff bring it up next time you're alone with him. If he loves you like he says he does she should have no issue being honest and showing his love in front of anyone. The more he acts stand-off ish towards you in front of his mom the more she's going to disapprove of you. If he starts showing how much he loves you then she will more likely come around and accept you.

Yes of course you have a right to be upset. My boyfriends entire family hates me and ignores me. My whole family loves him and treats him like family but I get the outsider treatment. They aren't invited to the wedding if they don't want to be apart my life. Try to talk to your boyfriend about it and if things don't change, break it to him.

Awww Ik how u feel when my BF doesn't say hey baby or how's my girl I get so pissed and I'm like Ima just wait till u get my name right😭😭 but in ur case that's ur fiancé and that's messed up because what will happens when u guys are married I think u should talk to both of them so it  doesn't bring problems in future and if it doesn't work just leave him because if he can't be on ur side when u guys are engaged how will he be when ur married💯

Don't ignore him but do let him know it hurt your feelings that he was so short with you. He may have been stressed on the car ride, didn't want to talk because he was driving or something. Communication is number one in a relationship, let him know how you felt so he can explain why he was short or so he can try to do better in the future
