I'm 34 weeks and 4 days. Yesterday I was dizzy, shaky, and thought I was going to puke so my mother-in-law took me to my OB who sent me to the ER cause I started having a lot of pressure in my back,hips, a bikini area turns out I was in preterm labor and having contractions. The more contractions I had they worse they got. Im 1 cm dilated 30% effaced. They gave IV fluids and two shots in my arms to stop the labor. Went back to the doctor today, contractions still coming but not as strong my OB put me on two different medicines to slow down the labor. She also told me to go home and get prepared to meet my baby soon. So nervous and excited at the same time. Any other Mommy's experience the same thing and deliver early?
