Hi ladies! I'm finding nothing but mixed answers online so was hoping some of you might be able to help! For anyone who's ever taken maca, did it ever cause a delay in menstruation for you?

I'm currently 3 days late and my period is usually like clockwork. I haven't tested yet, only because after 26 months of ttc with nothing to show for it, I'm not buying it!!

The ONLY thing that's different is that I've recently started taking maca. Has anyone else who's ever tried it experienced any delays in menstruation as well?
