TMI but I need help😩 miscarriage?

So I'm about 6-7 weeks pregnant. I had my son back in February so I'm pregnant again. Anyways I haven't been to doctor yet but last night I noticed some blood when I wiped. Wasn't much and it stopped after an hour or two. I had slight cramping. But just now I went to the bathroom and looked down and I had some blood on my underwear, not a lot but enough. So I wiped and this is what it looked like... Again I'm having slight cramping. I did not have any type of blood with my first pregnancy so this is strange to me... Is this normal? Or is it a miscarriage? I'm not in a lot of pain...what should I do?
