Folic acid??

Question

What are your thoughts on folic acid when TTC? Has it worked for you? What else should I be taking with it? Ive heard it helps with conceiving? Also should I be taking vitamin b6? My Dr is in vacation or else I would be asking him  thank you for reading we are TTC after a MC in July.

It doesn't help you conceive, it helps prevent birth defects.

You can take a Prenatal multi vitamin which has everything you need. Get one with DHA as well. I take Nature Made Prenatal Multi with DHA.

I was told geritol and folic acid, I've been on it for about a month and am not waiting on my positive test, after having what I'm thinking is implantation bleeding on Monday for maybe 30-40 minutes.. Period expected the 19th! Good luck :)

Also try Spirulina or add natural greens to your diet immediately post ovulation. For Spirulina you can get it from any drug store, tastes horrible so just take a quarter teaspoon and mix it with Apple juice or any other juice. This is meant to be great for the baby cells when they are forming in the first 7 days.
