I just found out I'm pregnant! Yay! But I need some insight. I've have a miscarriage before and I'm having mild cramps. Is that normal in early pregnancy?!

Light cramps are normal .I had a miscarriage which I was trying to 3years and 11 months . Miscarried in December 2015 . Started trying feb 2016 got my BFP 2016 of July . I had light cramping and was scared to death I had my 5 week appointment baby was there . Had my 7week and 5day appointment baby was growing rapidly with a heartbeat of 153 . That's my rainbow baby . 🌈👶🏽 we have every right to be nervous but we will have a healthy and happy 9 months

I've had 9 miscarriages and 1 live birth.. I was terrified entire time I was pregnant with my son.. I kept telling my sister not to tell anyone cause I felt like I was about to start my period any day.. Cramping was pretty rough.. But after my 6 week ultrasound and I got to see his heartbeat I relaxed.. Just stay calm until that first appointment.. Good luck!

I had cramping right up until I was probably 22 weeks!! It is totally normal, as long as ur not bleeding then you will be fine :) 
It's just your stomachs way of getting ready for baby to grow, I still get cramps now and then and think oh no I'm going into labour!! But I've still got like 12 weeks to go. I was super paranoid about every cramp I had, but I learnt to deal with it...after I went to early pregnancy unit and they scanned me at 9 weeks to show me she was doing fine!! 
The more you stress about it, the more baby will stress, easier said than done but try not to worry! 
My anxiety has been awful the whole time I've been pregnant, but deep breaths and walks do help. 
And if u get so worried, get one of those heartbeat monitors, I've borrowed one from a friend and it puts me at soooooo much ease! Hearing bubbas heartbeat ☺️ I hope this helped! Good luck with everything!! 🍼

My sister in-law had light cramps in all of her pregnancies after her first 2 miscarried. She also had light spotting. She did resolve to eat clean cut caffeine and go all natural as possible. (She lives in Texas so this can be difficult) and she now has 4 healthy children
