I was diagnosed with pmdd and used to have debilitating periods before I went on birth control (the patch). Between birth control and aging my periods have gotten better

My stepmom does! Started after she got her tubes tied. The doctor prescribed her something to help with cramps. Only problem is she has to take it BEFORE the cramps start :/
