Help!!! My baby always wants to be held
My baby girl will be 7 weeks on Sunday and I can't seem to get her to self soothe or go to sleep anywhere else other than my arms. I cant hold her indefinite and need help!!!! She is also a terrible napper... She has a serious case of FOMO...
What are various sleep training methods I could try? Or how can I help my baby self soothe without always having to nurse
