What could this be and how can I cure it? I'm so embarrassed to post this but I need help. I am sexually active. It doesn't not itch or burn when I pee, it's just smelly discharge.

It's Bv. STDs typically don't smell. Just use a vitamin c. Push it in your woo before bed for two nights. Wear a pantie liner because it's like water coming out lol you should be good. If it continues. See a doctor

More than likely a BV ..if yu wash up ..then whip your vagina with the clean towel ..if yu smell that smell on your clean towel trust baby it's a BV . U have to be seen by a doctor or go to the ER if yu have to and let them prescribe the gel NOT THE PILL! the gel is just like taking medication for a yeast infection ..its for 5 days only ! And yu only do it once a day ..at night time just like yu would for yeast ..
