So I recently found out I'm having twins. I have a 17 month old daughter and I had a miscarriage in march. When people find out I'm having twins I'm so tired of hearing "oh your making up for the one you lost." Umm no I'm not. I lost that child and it almost killed me. There is no replacement available. No one will ever be able to replace the child I lost. I don't know how to say this without being rude or defensive. I wish people would think before they speak.
