Husbands job outdoor affecting ttc?

Does anyone else husband/boyfriend work in construction / outdoor jobs abd having issues ttc?   I dont want to wait till winter for his balls to chill

My husband is in construction. He works four days on and four days off. His four days on our 13 hour shifts. The only time we do it it's on his days off. The last time we got pregnant it's because it was raining and his job site was rained out for a few weeks LOL. It freaking sucks.
