Mirena Removal

So I gotten my Mirena IUD removed on July 13th and I started bleeding the next day and I did for about 2 weeks! I had unprotected sex on July 31st and I was supposed to start my period today and I haven't! I've taken 2 tests and they're negative but my body is off! I have a 1 year old and I'm feeling the same way I did when I found out I was pregnant with him (sore boobs, cramping, headaches, extremely tired and craving certain foods) does anyone know how soon I should wait to test again or is my body still not back to normal from the IUD?
