Vaccination issue

So my best friend has a seven month old and she's not planning on vaccinating.  She's very adamant.  My husband says our baby should not be around hers until she is vaccinated.  I don't know how to tell her.  It feels awkward and the whole thing confusing to me.  Thoughts?
