Even if you think you're really wet sometimes you're not. I used concieve plus and got pregnant my second month using it. I also got pregnant my first month using maca root :)

I read somewhere it creates the right pH level for sperm.  If you have the egg white cm, you wouldn't need it but seems to help those lacking in fertile cm

No. If you don't need lube it's best to use nothing. It's really just sperm friendly lube as opposed to regular lubes that can hinder or kill sperm.

It's purely for conception. Nothing pleasurable or enhancing about it like regular lubes. It's water based so be prepared
