Are Hot Water Bottles Worth It?

I just moved into my college dorm and there's limited space for a heating pad for my cramps. Are hot water bottles worth it? If so where can I find one?

If you have a microwave,  just dump some plain white rice into a tube sock,  tie it up and then microwave it.  Stays warm for awhile and it helps cramps.  It's cheep too.

Drinking milk is good for cramps. I read that years ago & never would have thought it'd help, but it does. You can also make a heat/ice pak with feed corn. Keep it in the freezer or nuke it in the microwave for about a minute or so...keep turning it over until you get it as warm as you need it.

Tbh just fill a little fabric baggy with rice and microwave it. Works just as good.

Anything thats hot usually helps, I use water bottles all the time and just microwave it ! Or a wet rag , same thing
