Our wedding is in September and I picked out a suit at Express for the guys to buy in March. At this point, my SO, my brother, and one of my SO's brothers already has the suit. A month out of the wedding the two other groomsmen are bitching that they can't find it anywhere and asking that everyone switch to a suit from men's wear house. I used to work at express and my maid of honor is a store manager so I have told these guys when this suit has been on sale and even offered to buy it with my discount if they gave me money. Also, I have informed them that they can transfer the suit between stores, so even if the suit isn't in the store by them, all they have to do is ask a manager to get their size transferred in. And yet they still never went and got the suit. I am FURIOUS that a month before the wedding they are trying to change a suit that 3 of the 5 men in the wedding already have. I told my SO that if they don't get it then they don't need to be in the wedding. They obviously aren't taking their duties as groomsmen seriously.
