Preparing for miscarriage

I'm 7w6d today and am measuring 6w4d ( same that I measured when I was 6w4d) with an enlarged yolk sac. Baby's heartbeat is 110, and we were told to prepare for a miscarriage. I'm devestated. Any advice on how to get through the days knowing my pregnancy will end soon??
