Pelvic pain??

Hi everyone. I'm on cycle#1 TTC. It's my 9 dpo today. I'm having sharp pains on my left lower back (below my hip) kind of poking sensation coming on and off . Is this only called pelvic pain? Has anyone got this ? Is it a good sign?

Could be a good sign. At 8dpo I had backaches and pinching pains and also had really bad diarrhea (tmi) because of the back cramps. Typically this happens to me when I am on my period when my back cramps are so bad it makes me stomach upset. I didn't think to much of it and just thought it was the pizza I ate that upset my stomach. I took a test that night and it was negative. But 3 days later I took another one just because I was like eh I want to get this over w so I can mope around (I was pretty sure I was out this month because I had all PMS symptoms) and turns out it came out pretty dang positive. I am 3 wks 4 days.
