Gender Ultrasound At 16 weeks?

Question

Has anybody had their gender ultrasound at 16 weeks? I have 2 boys, and I had both their gender ultrasounds at 20weeks. My OB says it maybe too early to do the gender ultrasound but I can do it and see. But I see some people have had it done and it's confirmed for sure what their having and not a mistake. Just don't want to get the ultrasound done and they tell me oh it's a girl, then, later on in the pregnancy say oops it's a boy. Any suggestions?

I dont have a pic with me of my ultrasound, but i actually went at 15 weeks for a 3d 4d scan for fun and it was super super clear we are having a little girl!

16wks isn't too early. We found out last week at just over 16wks at a private ultrasound office. Most Drs offices tell you the gender at the anatomy scan which is best done at 19-20wks. Most insurance doesn't pay for multiple ultrasounds just the required ones like anatomy scan and that's why they do it then.

I had mine at 16 weeks exactly. The sonographer said she was 100% sure it was a boy and that she'd never been wrong in her 10years working there. She also said that at 16 weeks or more she has always been able to determine their sex too .

I had a ultrasound at 14 weeks and 4 days and they said girl. It was confirmed at my 20 week scan she was indeed a girl.

My sister had hers at 16 weeks and it's a boy fully obvious and accurate lol she's at the end of her second trimester now and it's still a boy lmao

I had mine done at 15 weeks at a private place, I asked my doctor if that was too soon, and he said it's not. He said totally do it. We did, found out it was a boy the first 10 seconds into the ultrasound. Confirmed at 18 weeks he's still definitely a boy ;)

We had a 4D ultrasound at 16w4d and definitely a girl :)

If I were you I would of asked about the blood test its two weeks to wait and they tell you at your next appointment what is the baby gender !
I got it done at 8 weeks I knew it at 10 -11 weeks I'm havin a girl 98% ! 
So excited, cause I ran out of boys name since I have two and one girl already !
