Hello ladies, i am currently 6 weeks 1 day preggers, i am noticing i wake up at night to hot feet and hot palm of my hands, it disturbs my sleep, i was wondering if any of you have experienced this symptom and if so what causes it and how to make it better. I have my first doc appt on the 15th so i have to wait until then to bring this up to my doctor, but meanwhile if you girls have any information you can share with me i would greatly appreciate it.
