Pregnancy

I was ovulating from the 2-7, and have been trying for 9 months with my fiancé. I have a lot of cramping and super tired during the day.. Do you think if there is any possible way I could be pregnant? Or any ideas/suggestions on ways to get pregnant? I got pregnant with my 3 year son in 7 months of being with his father, and also tried to gst my fiancé to go get a test to see if he's fertile or not, but he won't because he will be so upset.
