Tmi picture.... Either a weird period or chance of pregnancy, need your opinions please

I began bleeding lightly this morning and now it has all but stopped. Yesterday my husband and I had sex and I began to cramp afterwards, as well as have had waves of nausea ever since. My period according to glow was due today. I am on birth control and this is my white pill week. Last week I am pretty sure I felt the ovulation pang though. Even though the cramping and bleeding have about stopped, the nausea is at full force and heartburn started about an hour ago. I'm kinda confused cause I don't necessarily think I'm pregnant but I'm having a whole lot of symptoms. My appetite is gone too. I can't eat anything it turns my stomach and makes the nausea worse when I even think about it.

This is what i had for a few hours this morning, it was a bit heavier and had a few clots in it when I first woke up but that's it. again excuse the picture I don't normally post things like this but I need opinions. I might take a pregnancy test after work just to rule that out but then with the cramping and bleeding I wouldn't know what to think then.
