When did your symptoms start to ease off?

I'm going to be 11 weeks on Saturday and my symptoms seem to be easing. My boobs haven't hurt for like the last week and a bit and my sickness is starting to ease off. I'm still exhausted. But I'm just so nervous! I had brown mucus spotting around 7weeks and have had 2 ultrasounds and both times baby was growing perfect with a stronger heartbeat everytime! But my next ultrasound isn't till the 22nd of dec and it's soo hard to keep my mind busy and not overthink it!! I'm also on progestrone just to help my hormones a little! When I went to my last ultrasound he searched for anywhere the spotting could have come from and couldn't see anything so he was pretty positive it's old blood. Anyways if anyone could put my mind at ease that would be great!
