NubaRing and vacation?
Off on vacation today and will need to take my current Nuvaring out next Thursday, and then will insert a new ring the following Thursday. What's the best way for me to store the new ring until I insert it on the 25th?
Just keep it in a cool place? I won't be able to put it in the refrigerator as I will be moving around a lot.
