Breech babies ??

Question

Anyone with breech babies trying any methods to get baby to turn head down? The last Doctor I saw told me to bounce on a ball and so sleeping dog yoga position daily but read online you generally start trying at 32-34 weeks (currently 29) just curious if anyone else has...

I'm not sure this really matters this early. Some babies don't flip around til the last minute.

My baby was breech at 21 weeks...went to the doctor for an ultrasound at 30 weeks and he is flipped..head pushing right on my cervix already...the pressure is insane and having to be a bajillion times a day lol

my boy was breech but changed to head down at 30 weeks. 
I was told make sure to keep moderately active and when you sit, trying to keep upright posture as baby will settle into most comfy position so if you always lie flat on sofa he may not move! 
Told also sitting & rocking gently on birthing ball daily. 
Only 5% of babies stay breech and they don't get concerned until approx 34 weeks so try not to worry too much xxx

My baby is head down yet... 
I am 30 weeks now 
If he isn't by my next appointment at 32 weeks 
Then I guess I'll have to try that
