Went to see my Dr today, I'll be 39 weeks on Monday.. I told her I'd had false labor and that after timing regular contractions they ended up subsiding and that I was otherwise feeling pretty good but with slightly decreased movement from baby. Sooo she wanted to check my cervix and I asked for a sweep, she agreed only to find that I'm only a fingertip dilated! Gah! Seriously?! So she tells me that it means nothing and that baby is going to drop when labor starts which could be at any time now. Great.

So my husband tells me, at least she'll be a healthy baby! You can't be pregnant forever..

LOL. Sure honey. But it still feels like an eternity. I feel for this poor woman.
