Do you hurt during ovulation?

When I ovulate, my hips hurt and my uterus is very sensitive. My cervix is quite sensitive and I have diarrhea. This only happens when I ovulate. Also, I have thin stretchy mucus and quite a bit. The day after, my mucus turns white. Does anyone else experience this?
