I have a small swollen lymph node kinda under my ear , I'm not sick or anything , and I have discharge what could this be ?

I've had this quite a lot and this is basically what my consultant told me:

If you can move it, it's probably just a gland and they can swell up a little bit if your body is fighting a small infection (even if you have no symptoms)

I'd keep check of it and if it changes or it doesn't move book an appointment to have it checked out
