Y wouldn't they admit u with being 4cm and 80% effaced?

Got mine done Thursday at 38w2d was 3cm and she said she was on call all the way until Monday so she suggested membrane sweeping. I was like hell yeah! My previous 2 pregnancies I was induced at 37w5d and had the second spontaneously at 38w1d so I thought this would kick start it for sure. Of course it didn't. 38w4days now, still very pregnant and feeling like she wants to stay there forever 😥

I sure hope so. Cause I'm 38 weeks 3cm 50% station -2 and got mine swept today. But haven't had any cramping or bleeding .. Hoping it'll hit out of no where !
