Can i have coffee while breastfeeding??

Yep! I have 1-2 cups a day, but it does depend on your baby. Some babies will get fussy and not sleep but it doesn't affect my daughter at all. And I actually have an oversupply so I've never heard about caffeine affecting how much milk you make.

Yes you can. I drink 2-3 coffees spread throughout the day and breastfeed. my son is 8months old, ebf (no solids) and it's never affected him or my supply.

My bby was. Crying yelling fussy didnt sleep until 4 in the morning never will i drink a lil baby sip of coffie again ..idk about decafe but normal caffien heck NO ahahahahaa (MY EXSPERNCE)

Take note of how it affects your nursling. I had to switch to decafe because it made my son hyper and not sleep well.
