{Severe Pain} Last Day of My Period

Today is the last day of my period, it's winding down, there's barely been any blood today however about 20 minutes ago my back pain was severe. I started to get terrible cramping, and I rarely get cramps on my period. I felt like shit in a matter of 3 minutes. Could there be something wrong?
