Thinx underwear for postpartum?

Has anyone ever tried thinx? I know they are supposed to be wonderful for period panties, but I'm wondering if they would work for postpartum?

I know a few people that use them for periods and love them. I would think they'd work well for postpartum..that's a good idea! Less to bother with. Though I know a lot of women like to make "padsicles" with aloe and witch hazel and then freeze them.
