Just curious, as it gets closer to my due date, anyone out there have experience with disability? How much of your salary do they actually pay? I live in central New York, if that makes a difference. I'm freaking out about not having the same salary coming in. I mean, we're not that bad off, but it's going to be tight and I really hate that because I'm having a baby all I get is 6 weeks disability. Like, because I made the decision to have a child I'm going to be punished. I'd also like to take the full 12 weeks because I'm not comfortable going back after only 6 weeks 😑
