Who knows how to make good smoothies

Lol so I'm on my period and I'm really craving a good smoothie do any of you guys know and go recipes for and ?

I make really simple ones. Lol I get frozen strawberries and blueberries. And depending on if I want a creamier smoothie or not, I'll either add just juice. Or I'll do a little yogurt and milk. And just blend it in my ninja blender.
