Can't decide....

I'm 16 and I'm pregnant. I know it's bad and I feel terrible about myself for it happening. I'm still with the guy and her reckons he will stick around no matter what I decide. I'm not sure I'm ready to be a mum but I'm very highly against abortion and hate the idea of giving my child away to someone else to love. I have several family member that would help me get through it but also have a lot that would disown me. I don't know what to do and I'm stressing out.....
