I haven't had anytime to go out and get nay sticks...

All my app trackers say I'm at my highest ... Between yesterday and tomarrow... Now this being said yesterday when I wiped it was a few times a pink tingy line through slimy clear liquid... Cramping on and off and my stumic seems a little ....stiff?.... Also could just be sinuses but I've had to blow my nose a few times but it was clear... Are the two connected?
