12 weeks and wondering when it's acceptable to buy small baby stuff?

Ok so it's my first pregnancy and I'm super excited. Had scan already and heartbeat is there and he/she looks adorbs. Just wondering the average time people take to start buying little bits?

I would def start buying diapers and baby wipes. Like each time you go to the store maybe grab a box or bag. Not all newborn either. Grab size 1,2,3 because they do tend to grow quite quickly. That's just my opinion tho.

I have my changing table made, because I redid and old piece of furniture, I got my mom a pac n play for her home, but I'm holding off on most everything else bec of my baby shower. My mil told me not to buy a single thing, so I will listen to that and save my money!! Haha

We have bought a few basic plain jumpsuits (for girl or boy) and some smaller items....baby wipes were on special 😊

Girl I've been buying diapers and wipes every check! Hahaha I've made it a point also since I don't know the sex I've been buying unisex onesies lol I can't help myself

Go crazy 😆 Start buying one or two items each month and stock up on sensitive baby wipes (some babies are allergic to the fragranced ones) Don't buy too many nappies, as some babies are allergic to certain nappies also. Get a pack of say two kinds of brands to try when baby is born then decide what works best.

Do it whenever you want ! Have fun! I bought a pair of gender neutral pants I really loved, but that'll probably be it until we find out what we're having since his is our second!

We are getting gift cards...with a small amount t each pay period for diapers and wipes (since we don't know which brand will work)  Trying to put off too much until we know gender.  I honestly don't think there's a "right time", though. I'd say whenever you want you can!

Im 14 weeks on monday, but im waiting until i find out gender to buy some things. Iv already bought a crib, and most of the other furnituee for baby's room 😊 oh and some diapers already! Lol
