Am I going to be considered a high risk or be limited?

I'm about 5 weeks pregnant (appointment is on Tuesday) and I have a 5 month old and a 5 year old. I'm very worried about mine and the babies health. Both of my girls were born prematurely (1st-36w no nicu, 2nd-34+6 5 day nicu) with both my girls my waterbroke on it's own and I delivered. This pregnancy was unexpected, but I'm now getting to the point where I'm happy and can't wait to meet my baby, but I'm scared. Anyone with experience? I would love to hear your opinion.
