I'm 3 week post partum and still bleeding red. It had slowed down some but it seems like it's picked back up. I'm also still losing placental matter (small blood clots, etc) I did have a labial tear on both sides but my stitches dissolved at 2 weeks PP.  Has anyone else went through this? I've read that the bleeding should have turned pink or yellow by now. Thanks in advance!
