Not taking the bottle

My 4 month old fights almost every feeding I don't know if I'm feeding her too often but she only drinks the four and a half ounces every 2 hours but she grunts turns her head and starts chewing on it so I don't know if she's teething. She acts like there's a bad taste or something in her mouth so she doesn't drink she eventually takes it but it takes about an hour. Any other babies refusing the bottle she's always been bottle fed and formula fed but didn't know if this was due to her gums bothering her.
