Period and breastfeeding?

How long after giving birth did you get your period back if you were breastfeeding? 
2 months and a day after giving birth, and my period is back. I've been exclusively breastfeeding, so I wasn't expecting to get my period for at least a couple more months.

My daughter is 18 months and still no period. We still breastfeed & I’m also taking birth control. Made an appointment with gyn & planning to ask if it’s normal. I always had an irregular period where I’d go a couple months without one, but nothing like this!
